Job summary

Invenergy is seeking an Analyst, Origination to support the development of new and existing customer relationships across PJM, CAISO, NYISO, and Canada. You will help prepare proposals, summaries and pricing for IOUs, co-ops, and hyperscale data centers, coordinating with cross-functional teams to win new clean energy projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 0-1+ years of professional experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or Environmental Science preferred.
• Knowledge of wind, solar, natural gas, and/or energy storage power systems is a plus.
• Ability to deliver high quality work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new origination prospects.
• Design and implement outreach strategy for all products and technologies under development.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals in response to RFPs from IOUs, co-ops, municipal utilities, hyperscale data center developers, commercial and industrial customers, universities, etc.
• Prepare RFP summaries for management.
• Coordinate with Development, Finance, Engineering, Project Management and other departments for proposals and meetings with customers.
• Prepare and distribute pricing history summaries.
• Ensure RFP summaries, proposals and pricing information are entered into the CRM system.
• Maintain records of submitted proposals and pricing models.
• Read and summarize utility Integrated Resource Plans and earnings calls for key customers.
• Perform targeted energy market research and analysis.
