Job summary

FX Networks in Burbank seeks a Spring 2027 FX Original Programming Intern to support Development, Current Programming and Casting. You will gain exposure to the creative process, read trades, and help with reports and research while learning how shows move from idea to production.

The role runs January 2027 through June 2027, with a 40-hour work week, reporting to the Manager of Development. A cover letter is required, and housing may be needed for the duration.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree and taking at least one class.
• Strong writing and research abilities with a curiosity about TV trends.
• Familiarity with the FX brand and ability to read trades.

Responsibilities

• Write coverage and analyze story concepts for development.
• Enter information into grids and update development reports.
• Assist with research projects and team administrative duties.
