Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS required with MA/MS preferred and 1-3 years' experience.
• Driver's license preferred; nights and weekend work required for programming.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, selection, and training for approximately 50 student Orientation Leaders.
• Coordinate Move-In Crew program including recruiting and managing student volunteers.
• Support orientation and first year program development with vendors and campus partners.
• Select, train, advise, and evaluate 6-8 First Year Ambassadors and Transfer Ambassadors.
• Serve as part of the Community Living Area Coordinator team and participate in duty/on-call rotations.
• Support budgeting and departmental program planning; contribute to campus committees and initiatives.
