Alera Group is looking for a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team – joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to Account Manager, Account Executive, and client requests.
  • Follow agency procedures to set up and maintain client files within required timeframes.
  • Perform rating functions on carrier websites and process policies and endorsements as per agency guidelines.
  • Issue certificates of insurance, applications, ID cards, and other required documents.
  • Draft client and carrier correspondence using standard agency templates.
  • Maintain suspense items, follow up with clients/carriers, and ensure confidentiality of corporate and client information.
  • Complete CIC courses and work toward obtaining the CIC designation in a timely manner.

Additional Information

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
