This full-time, first-shift role supports daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment operations to ensure timely distribution of materials and promotional items. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, forklift certification or the ability to obtain it, and a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming mail, packages, freight deliveries, and vendor shipments.
• Manage warehouse inventory and maintain organized storage areas.
• Prepare and ship materials to internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate monthly product and promotional mailings.
• Move inventory and materials using forklift.
• Track inventory levels and assist with fulfillment program management.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Assist with basic facility maintenance and outdoor property upkeep.
