You Have

• 6+ years of experience in project or program management, process improvement, and business analysis
• Ability to solve complex problems using critical thinking
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have

• Experience using Tableau
• Experience drafting decision briefings, visual decision briefings, strategic planning, facilitation, and organizational planning
• Experience working with executives
• Possession of excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Project or Change Management Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Clearance

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
