What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement employee growth, organizational development, and career pathing initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to identify talent, assess competencies, and build meaningful development plans.
• Help strengthen succession planning and prepare employees for future through development opportunities.
• Coordinate engaging learning experiences, training programs, and development resources.
• Manage learning platforms, development tools, and program participation while measuring effectiveness and results.
• Champion a culture where continuous learning, growth, and employee development are part of everyday success.

Who We’re Looking For

• An experienced talent development professional who genuinely enjoys helping people and organizations grow.
• You bring 4+ years of related experience, strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to turn ideas into practical, effective programs.
• You thrive when you’re equally comfortable developing a strategy, collaborating with managers, and rolling up your sleeves to do the administrative tasks to make things happen.
• A related associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
