Job Title: Organizational Development Analyst

Overview

The Organizational Development Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development initiatives within the Human Resources organization. This role involves managing training content, administering the learning management system, and providing consultation and support to internal clients globally. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic HR environment, proactively improving learning experiences and advocating for scalable, role-relevant development programs. Operating with discretion and professionalism, the analyst contributes to global HR initiatives and collaborates across teams to deliver impactful learning solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct learning needs assessments through consultation with stakeholders to develop and deliver learning solutions that support key business needs.
  • Administer Workday Learning, including catalog management, reporting, course administration, and learner support.
  • Develop learning content, including eLearning modules, as part of broader learning solutions.
  • Manage reporting, participate in quality audits, and support compliance tracking for training programs.
  • Contribute to organizational change management efforts through learning enablement.
  • Advocate for learning and development programs and ensure alignment with HR and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions to deliver targeted, business-relevant learning experiences.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment while working within a global HR team.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) in a corporate environment, with preference for Workday Learning.
  • Working knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proven ability to manage an LMS end-to-end, including platform setup, content management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data visualization tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Ability to translate learning needs into learner and business-friendly solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams and functions.
  • Strong understanding of learning operations, compliance training, and enterprise learning strategies.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Exposure to global learning environments and multi-language content.
  • Experience in HR implementation, regulatory affairs, and regulatory documentation.
Work Environment

This position is remote, requiring collaboration with multiple locations globally. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to long-term HR training initiatives.

This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00 / hr.
