What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Coordinate the design and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for program initiatives
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments to identify impacts, risks, and stakeholder concerns
- Develop targeted communication, engagement, and training plans to foster adoption and minimize resistance
- Facilitate leadership alignment sessions and change champion networks to build organizational support
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and ensure technology solutions align with operational goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor\'s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in a related field
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management efforts within the Veterans Affairs or similarly regulated environments
- Expertise in process improvement, technology adoption, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Ability to obtain a Veterans Affairs Public Trust and successfully pass a thorough government background screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Master\'s degree
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or Project Management (PMP)
- Familiarity with digitization technologies, automation tools, and data analytics platforms
