What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor\'s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management efforts within the Veterans Affairs or similarly regulated environments
  • Expertise in process improvement, technology adoption, and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Ability to obtain a Veterans Affairs Public Trust and successfully pass a thorough government background screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master\'s degree
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or Project Management (PMP)
