Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead complex change initiatives for major clients. You will work with senior sponsors, design change strategies, and ensure adoption of new processes and tools within large IT transformations.

REQUIRES 8+ years in OCM, strong communication, and training development skills; you will influence leaders and teams across functions while delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience leading OCM and driving change initiatives.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting an organizational change management effort.
  • Solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process.
  • Ability to interact with leadership and staff at all levels with strong personal presence.
