Responsibilities
- Manage the development, implementation, and monitoring of Strategic Plan initiatives to promote representation, fairness, and belonging.
- Research, develop, recommend, and execute strategies to meet Strategic Plan goals.
- Create and administer programs to foster an inclusive workplace where all voices are valued.
- Lead the task force focused on organizational culture and inclusion.
- Establish metrics to measure progress toward a fair and welcoming environment.
- Review policies and practices to ensure support for equal opportunity and respect for diverse opinions.
- Analyze data to evaluate workforce representation and compliance; develop outreach strategies to diversify talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments on recruitment, onboarding, training, promotions, and retention practices.
- Build partnerships with professional groups, educational institutions, and community organizations for talent recruitment.
- Represent the organization at events aligned with its mission and strategic goals.
- Consult with HR and management on discrimination investigations.
- Oversee compliance with Non-Discrimination and Harassment policies and related regulations.
- Stay informed about laws and best practices related to diversity and inclusion, ensuring organizational compliance.
- Partner with legal and ADA coordinators as needed.
- Provide training on cultural topics.
- Perform special projects, conduct audits, serve on committees, or other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Services, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ experience fostering a workplace culture of fairness and belonging.
- Valid driver’s license.
