We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and innovative leader to drive our New Leader Onboarding or Leadership Development, Top Talent, and Career Path programs. This role is responsible for designing and facilitating enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives, accelerating top talent growth, and building scalable career path frameworks aligned with our sales performance and organizational goals. The position is key to developing high-potential talent and frontline leaders critical to customer satisfaction, growth, and retention. Ideal candidates will have strong program design, facilitation, stakeholder management experience, and a proven ability to adapt leadership development to fast-paced, customer-facing environments. A passion for innovation, including using AI technologies to personalize and scale learning, is essential.

The role focuses on designing, facilitating, and improving scalable onboarding experiences that accelerate the success of new leaders in our sales-driven environment. The individual will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding programs align with organizational goals and leadership expectations. This requires a forward-thinking professional with expertise in instructional design, facilitation, project management, and leadership development. The ideal candidate is collaborative, decision-oriented, and eager to innovate using AI and emerging technologies. Familiarity with frontline sales and service metrics (e.g., NPS, AHT, conversion, churn) and understanding how leadership behaviors impact performance are also important.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Deliver Programs: Create scalable, inclusive, and engaging learning programs for new managers, aligning with leadership competencies and business goals. Develop leadership experiences across multiple units to build skills in leadership, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking for sales and service roles.
  2. Instructional Design: Apply adult learning principles and digital strategies to develop blended learning solutions (virtual, in-person, self-paced).
  3. Facilitation: Lead workshops, leadership labs, and coaching sessions to foster growth and confidence in first-time managers, emphasizing real-world application.
  4. AI & Innovation: Incorporate AI tools to personalize learning pathways, optimize content delivery, and measure program success.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, business leaders, DEI, and subject matter experts to ensure learning solutions are relevant, inclusive, and aligned with KPIs and business challenges.
  6. Strategic Thinking: Anticipate future leadership needs and recommend strategic learning initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  7. Program Management: Oversee program execution, including timelines, budgets, communication, evaluation, and continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
  8. Top Talent Acceleration: Support rising stars with targeted development, mentorship, and stretch opportunities to enhance retention and readiness.
  9. Career Path Framework: Build scalable career paths that foster mobility, clarity, and retention within sales.
  10. Partnerships: Work with HR, Sales, DEI, and other teams to ensure development experiences are equitable and aligned with broader talent strategies.
  11. Onboarding Development: Collaborate to identify onboarding needs, develop roadmaps, and establish success metrics for new leaders.
  12. Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Measure onboarding effectiveness, gather feedback, and refine programs accordingly.
  13. Stakeholder Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor on leadership transitions and readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Business, Organizational Development, or related fields.
  • 6+ years in Learning & Development or Talent Management, focusing on onboarding or leadership programs, especially for first-time leaders.
  • 2+ years leading a team of learning professionals.
  • Proven experience in designing and facilitating leadership and onboarding programs.
  • Experience supporting onboarding in sales or call centers is highly desirable.
  • Experience with AI tools in learning design or delivery is preferred.
  • Strong facilitation, instructional design, and adult learning knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of learning technologies and evaluation tools.
  • Certifications in coaching or leadership assessments are a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in learning environments.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to work across organizational levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation.

Travel may be required occasionally for training or meetings. The position is remote, with scheduled weekly hours of 40. The estimated annual pay range is $104,000 - $143,000, potentially including bonuses based on performance.
