Job summary

Tombras seeks an Organic Social Intern in Knoxville, TN to join a top independent agency. You will work with the Organic Social team to set up, monitor, and analyze campaigns, while contributing to creative brainstorming and calendar development.

Ideal candidates are current seniors or recent grads in media/marketing with strong communication skills, a passion for social media, and proficiency in MacOS, Google Docs, Google Analytics, Canva, and Adobe Suite.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor’s program or recent graduate in Media/Marketing/Advertising
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
• Passion for social media and pop culture
• Experience with major social platforms and their ins-and-outs (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
• Proficient in Mac environment; experience with Google Docs, Google Analytics, Canva, and Adobe Suite
• Works well as a team player in a flexible, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Set up, track, report on, and analyze social media campaigns with the Organic Social team
• Participate in brainstorming to create engaging content
• Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities on social trends
• Develop calendars and monitor customer feedback
• Compile weekly and monthly reports for the team

You’ll be joining one of the top independent agencies in North America. What to expect as an Organic Social Intern at Tombras:

Commitment to a 8.5 week, paid internship of $18 an hour starting on 9/23/26 and ending on 11/20/26 with a maximum of 25 hours per week.

What you'll be doing:

• Work with the Organic Social team to set up, track, report on, and analyze social media campaigns


• Participate in the creative brainstorming process to create engaging content


• Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities to capitalize on social trends that are relevant to our client’s needs and objectives


• Assist the team with developing calendars and monitoring customer feedback


• Compile weekly and monthly reports for the team


• Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned

What you bring:

• Candidates should have prior work or life experience in a relevant field, be currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor’s program, or a recent graduate with a major in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or similar field (a degree is not required)


• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills


• A passion for social media and pop culture


• Social media platform expert; know the ins-and-outs of how each network functions (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn)


• Proficiency in a Mac environment; experience with Google Docs, Google Analytics, Canva, and Adobe Suite


• Works well as a team player in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
