Job summary

Amsive LLC invites applications for an Organic Search Intern. This part-time, hybrid role supports our SEO team with hands-on experience in SEO and AEO, learning to optimize content for traditional search engines and AI-powered experiences in a collaborative agency setting.

The internship targets students or recent grads pursuing marketing, communications, or related fields, offering mentorship, real client projects, and exposure to tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Ahrefs.

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, CS, IS, Journalism, or related field.
Interest in digital marketing and search engines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Basic HTML knowledge and familiarity with WordPress is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with keyword and search intent research.
Review website content for simple on-page SEO improvements.
Learn to optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, and internal links.
Assist with basic technical SEO checks and crawl issue reviews.
Support SEO specialists with client deliverables and reporting.
Observe how AI-powered search platforms summarize content.
Learn how AEO best practices evolve.
