Farm Job Search is seeking an Organic Produce Farm Manager for a newly launched 20‑acre operation in southeast Wisconsin. The role reports to a Chicago chef owner who will guide all operations and help set up accounts.

The manager will oversee planting, growing, harvesting, processing, packaging and delivering all produce on site. The ideal candidate has organic vegetable farming experience and/or education, with an entrepreneurial, passionate and responsible mindset.

Organic Produce Farm Manager position immediately available in southeast Wisconsin. This 20 acre farm and 5,000 square foot barn with heating & plumbing is a start‑up business owned by a Chicago chef who will oversee all operations and help set up accounts.

The manager will be in charge of planting, growing, harvesting, processing, packaging and delivering all produce on the property.
