Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own search strategy for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer technical SEO, content priorities, and the ranking story, acting as the strategic voice on client calls.

Lead audits and fixes, plan multi-location SEO, and report in GA4 and Search Console, shaping quarterly roadmaps with writers and AI-assisted drafts. Remote-friendly with US-Canada-USA clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: you have run the audits and made the fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities
