The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Laboratory Research Technician III to join the Pulmonary, Allergy, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine Division on campus in Pittsburgh. The role involves performing Organ-on-Chip and organoid experiments, culture maintenance, and reporting toward project deliverables.

Required: a Bachelor's degree and about 2 years of relevant lab experience; knowledge of cell biology and molecular assays is important. The position is on-site with standard business hours.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of laboratory experience.
• Experience with Organ-on-Chip and organoid systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and run Organ-on-Chip, organoid, and other cell biology-related experiments.
• Perform endpoint analyses and molecular/cell-biology assays; collect and process samples.
• Analyze and interpret data; prepare figures and summaries; maintain rigorous records.
• Troubleshoot and refine workflows; learn and apply new techniques to work independently.
• Work closely with the PI and senior lab members and contribute to meeting deliverables.
