Take your critical care experience beyond the traditional bedside at Infinite Legacy
Are you an experienced ICU, emergency department, critical care, respiratory care, paramedic, or other acute-care clinician looking to use your clinical expertise in a different way?
As a Clinical Recovery Coordinator I (CRC I) with Infinite Legacy, you will play a critical role in the organ donation and transplantation process. You’ll use your clinical judgment and acute-care experience to evaluate and clinically manage potential organ donors while coordinating the complex medical and logistical aspects of organ donation and recovery.
Working alongside physicians, nurses, donor hospitals, transplant centers, surgical recovery teams, and other organ procurement professionals, you’ll help transform the gift of donation into the opportunity for renewed life through transplantation.
What You’ll Do
As a Clinical Recovery Coordinator, you will manage the clinical and logistical aspects of the organ donation and organ recovery process, from initial donor evaluation through recovery.

Why Critical Care Clinicians Make Great CRCs
The skills you have developed caring for critically ill patients translate directly to organ donation.
If you have experience in an ICU, emergency department, critical care, respiratory care, paramedicine, or another high-acuity clinical environment, you already understand how to assess complex patients, interpret rapidly changing clinical information, prioritize competing needs, communicate with multidisciplinary teams, and remain calm when circumstances change quickly.
You do not need previous organ procurement experience to bring valuable clinical expertise to this role. Infinite Legacy provides specialized training to prepare qualified clinicians for the unique clinical, operational, and regulatory aspects of organ donation and recovery.
Organ donation happens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and this position requires flexibility to support that mission.
Clinical Recovery Coordinators:
This is a highly mobile, hands‑on clinical position rather than a traditional Monday–Friday or bedside role.
