Aramco is seeking an Organization Design/Development Practitioner to join its Downstream Organization Development Division, with a full relocation package to Saudi Arabia. You will lead organization design projects, advise management, and align interventions with downstream value chains across terminals, pipelines, and power distribution.

The role requires extensive consulting experience, proficiency in MS Office and BI tools, and willingness to travel to engage with clients.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or Engineering from a recognized and approved program; Masters or MBA preferred.
• 15 years’ experience in organization development, management consulting, operating model design, workforce analytics.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong business intelligence tool proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage activities to complete project assignments: define scope, plans, data collection, findings interpretation, and final recommendations.
• Collaborate with business to analyze challenges and propose interventions to improve effectiveness.
• Work independently as a consultant and provide direction when needed; mentor junior staff.
