Join our mission to lead the future of snacking. Make it with pride. We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee asset reliability and maintenance operations at the Portland Bakery. You will manage asset risks, optimize operational efficiency, and lead a team to ensure continuous and dependable production performance.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing safety, quality, and line efficiency for assigned lines or areas.
  • Leading daily maintenance meetings and driving accountability.
  • Supporting recruitment and overseeing interviews for mechanics.
  • Acting as the primary liaison for union-related issues.
  • Developing, monitoring, and executing maintenance plans.
  • Overseeing asset reliability programs and supporting continuous improvement projects.
  • Leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Coordinating scheduled shutdowns and managing maintenance activities.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading a maintenance team.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a maintenance lead in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and experience with CMMS systems like SAP.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, 3rd Shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 am)
  • Overtime and weekend work as needed.
Salary Range:

$73,900 - $92,400, plus bonus potential and benefits.
