Job summary

VSP Vision is seeking a full-time floater Optometrist to provide comprehensive eye care across six Oregon locations, including Eugene. You will cover schedules from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., traveling between sites as needed and maintaining continuity of patient care.

Qualifications

• OD degree and licensure to practice optometry, with TPA certificate.
• 1–3 years of clinical practice experience; new graduates welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong management, leadership and organizational abilities.
• Strong business aptitude and commitment to patient service.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive optometric care across six Oregon locations.
• Perform eye exams, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with teams across practice locations and manage workflows.
• Support coverage during vacations and staffing needs while maintaining continuity of care.
