Doctor's Choice Placement Services, Inc. is sourcing anesthesiology providers for dental anesthesia opportunities across Oregon. Positions are fully independent, office-based with no ASC or hospital work, and run on a W2 model with 0.7–1.0 FTE commitments.

Locations include Southern Oregon, Portland, and other OR sites; compensation varies by location and FTE, with benefits and malpractice coverage described, and equipment handled by you with group-supplied replenishments.

Responsibilities

• Fully independent, office-based anesthesia model (no ASC or hospital work).
• Providers bring and manage their own anesthesia equipment.
• Monthly replenishment via Group-provided drug and supply kits.
