What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide efficient account receivable services to maximize reimbursement for member clients
- Accurately bill Medicare, Medicaid, self-pay/uninsured, and commercial insurance
- Monitor accounts receivables and assist in the collection of overdue accounts
- Post patient payments and resolve credit balances
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in billing or a similar role
- Experience with Oregon, Nevada, and/or Minnesota billing processes
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) or Rural Health Clinics (RHC)
- EPIC software experience
- Strong understanding of legal requirements in billing and reimbursement processes
