Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Southern Oregon Forest Restoration Project Manager to guide science-based dry forest restoration across Rogue Basin and the Klamath Basin. You will manage scoping, funding development, and reporting while coordinating with state and federal partners, tribes, and NGOs.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree and 5 years’ experience in environmental science, ecology, conservation, or related field.
• Experience leading complex, cross-organizational projects.
• Ability to communicate technical or scientific information to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support RFC strategy across Southern Oregon, with focus on Rogue and Upper Klamath Basins.
• Advance Oregon Dry Forests and Western Dry Forests programs through partnerships and knowledge sharing.
• Manage project scoping, planning, budgets, and monitoring plans.
• Represent TNC to partners, agencies, tribes, and NGOs to build collaborations.
