Job summary

Walmart is hiring for Freight Handling roles at the Mount Crawford, VA facility. The team handles receiving, unloading, processing, order filling and shipping to support warehouse operations.

Shifts include Weekday 1st and 2nd, plus Weekend 4th; benefits include health, 401(k), stock purchase, life insurance, and PTO. This is a full-time, on-site position with premium opportunities based on schedule and performance.

Responsibilities

• Receiving items from suppliers and staging for processing.
• Unloading shipments and verifying counts and conditions.
• Processing orders and preparing shipments for dispatch.

Minimum Wage Compliance

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Salary

Hourly Wage: $24.05 - $27.55 per/hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
