Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day

Schedule:

3-4-4-3 rotation (10:00 AM - 6:30/7:00 PM) with Wednesdays as a rotating day off

Summer Location:

Crystal Reservoir (Pikes Peak)

Winter Location:

Colorado Springs, Denver & Pueblo

Job Description:

Aramark Sports and Entertainment is seeking two dependable, guest-focused individuals to serve as Order Taker / Cashiers for the Blacksmith Catering BBQ Trailer at Crystal Reservoir. As part of our seasonal operation along the scenic Pikes Peak Highway, you?ll play a key support role in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and assisting in efficient food service.

You?ll be responsible for accurately taking customer orders, processing payments, and providing friendly, efficient service to ensure a positive guest experience. This is a great entry-level opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors and contributing to a high-energy, team-oriented environment.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $17.74 to $17.74. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs
• Count, organize and balance cash drawer, fill out the cashier slip and make deposits
• Adheres to Aramark?s cash handling policies and procedures
• Understand and be knowledgeable of the merchandise for sale to assist customers and accurately process transactions
• Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned for unit based on operating hours
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment during service and at the end of shift.
• Ensure product in location is stocked to appropriate levels throughout service and replenish items as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Basic math & counting skills required
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
• Complete Food Handler certification as required by location
  
  

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Following the summer season, the trailer continues operations at festivals and pop-ups across Colorado Springs, Denver, and Pueblo, offering off-season employment opportunities for team members who wish to continue.
