Job summary

P. Terry’s Burger Stand in New Braunfels, Texas is hiring for both part-time and full-time crew members. Roles include cashier, order taker, drink maker and food runner, with a friendly, guest‑focused approach and a willingness to smile through a mask and headset.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour after 90 days of full-time employment, with full-time averages around 30 hours per week. We value energy, reliability and teamwork and offer training, advancement opportunities, benefits and a culture

• Be able to lift 50 pounds.

• Ensure a pleasant experience for the guest.
• Esnure order accuracy and anticipate needs.
• Fill drinks and deliver food.
• Accurately handle multiple forms of payment.
• Some light stocking, cleaning, washing dishes.

PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE

We pay Full-Time Crew Members $15.00 per hour after the 90 days of full time employment

Full time employment is an average of 30 hours over 90 days.

We are looking for people with positive engaging personalities that smile through a mask and a head set, speak clearly and show genuine care for the guest experience. This role can be many things - Cashier, Order Taker, Drink Maker and/or Food Runner.
