• Answer the phone promptly and avoid putting customers on hold.
• Complete orders timely, neatly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the phone and customer area.
• Repeat orders back to customers and communicate delivery times.
• Assist in making pizzas and keep makeline and soda coolers stocked.
• Take payments from carry-out customers when requested by the manager.
