Gojob is hiring experienced Order Selectors for a logistics company in McDonough, GA. You will accurately select, stage, ship, and receive product, supporting efficient warehouse operations while meeting productivity targets and following safety procedures.

The role requires operating a double electric pallet jack and reach truck, with weekend shifts Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 5:00am to 5:00pm at $21 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of recent electric pallet jack operation experience and Reach Truck.
• NFI certification on electric pallet jack and Reach Truck required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsabilités

• Operates all material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Completes pre-operation inspection forms for equipment.
• Loads and unloads freight safely and efficiently.
• Moves product to designated storage areas and stacks merchandise.
• Picks customer orders and prepares shipments.
• Verifies freight accuracy and checks for damage or infestation.
• Assists with physical inventories and cycle counts.

The Selector is responsible for accurately selecting, staging, shipping, and receiving product in accordance with company standards. This role supports efficient warehouse operations by maintaining accuracy, meeting productivity expectations, and following all established safety procedures. Tasks & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Operates all material handling equipment safely and efficiently, following established work practices and safety procedures
• Possesses basic understanding of equipment safety and adheres to all safety protocols
• Completes and documents required pre-operation inspection forms for equipment
• Loads and unloads freight in an efficient, accurate, and safe manner
• Moves product to designated storage areas using appropriate material handling equipment; stacks and stores merchandise in assigned locations
• Picks customers orders, assembling various types of merchandise for shipment.
• Processes orders including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and completing shipment confirmations
• Verifies freight accuracy and checks for damage or infestation
• Assists with physical inventories and cycle counts as needed
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Performs sanitation duties as assigned
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the role and determined by ma

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Must have 6 months of recent electric pallet jack operation experience and Reach Truck
• Must be able to get NFI certified on electric pallet jack and Reach Truck
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Effective customer service skills and basic math competencies
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, up to 10-12 hours per shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull minimum 10 lbs up to 50 lbs without restrictions, required by business needs ?
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching above the shoulder level & at shoulder level ?
• Ability to work in environments with variable conditions, including noise levels, lighting, and temperature fluctuations
• Able to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs
