HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ORDER SELECTOR IN LOCUST GROVE, GA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Order Selector to join our team in Locust Grove, Georgia. This individual will be responsible for accurately selecting, staging, and moving products throughout the warehouse using a Cherry Picker & Reach Truck Operator. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, moving at a steady pace, and spending most of the shift on their feet.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $19 to $19.50/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 1st and 2nd shift available
• Located in Locust Grove, Georgia

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately select products and customer orders according to pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse systems
• Operate a Cherry Picker & Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• Build stable and secure pallets while maintaining product accuracy
• Move, stage, and organize completed orders for shipment
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracyFollow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other warehouse personnel
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
• Fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment
• Non-climate-controlled facility with exposure to hot and cold temperatures
• Requires extensive walking and standing throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of products
• Ability to regularly lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and climbing on/off equipment.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment for extended periods

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order selecting, or distribution center experience preferred
• Prior Cherry Picker & Reach Truck experience required
• RF scanner or warehouse management system experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment
