Order Selector / Picker/ Warehouse Associate

Job Summary: Humano, a third‑party warehouse provider, is seeking Warehouse Order Selectors / Pickers to join their team. The selected candidates will be responsible for accurately and safely hand‑select orders using electric pallet jacks or forklifts within various warehouse environments. This position offers a pay range of $17.00–$22.00 per hour based on daily productivity metrics and provides benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jacks or forklifts to hand‑select orders
• Stack products on pallets following operating procedures
• Stage pallets for loading at assigned dock locations
• Maintain selection rates per temperature zones
• Shrink‑wrap products to secure loads for transit, manually or using shrink‑wrap machines
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a warehouse order selector or picker preferred
• Familiarity with operating electric pallet jacks or forklifts
• Ability to work in various warehouse temperature environments
• Physical strength and stamina to lift up to 55 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order selection
