Job summary

Southwest Traders in Temecula is hiring an Order Selector to move products through the facility. Work week is four 10-hour days with Sundays through Friday, Saturdays plus two midweek days off. Overtime is mandatory and a drug screen is required.

You will select pallets, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, wrap and tag pallets, load trucks, and maintain safety and accuracy in dry, cooler and frozen environments. High school diploma and warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One year warehouse experience in order selection or similar role.
• Experience operating forklift and pallet jack is required.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Capable of working in extreme hot and cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Select and itemize pallets according to company specifications.
• Wrap, tag and secure pallets for distribution to customers.
• Operate forklift equipment and related machinery.
• Maintain pick-rate and fill-rate standards safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Load pallets in order into delivery trucks and keep handling records.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and temperature control; uphold AIB standards.
