Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support shipping/receiving at the Elloree DC. You will move products accurately and safely, palletize orders, and operate forklifts and pallet jacks to fulfill store shipments.

The role requires certified equipment operation where applicable, basic PC use for data entry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced distribution setting with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Certified on powered industrial equipment where applicable.
• Familiarity/experience in a distribution environment.
• Able to use a personal computer for data entry and research purposes.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks as assigned by supervisor or designee.
• Complete all documents related to shipping/receiving tasks.
• Select and palletize grocery, produce, meat, frozen food and dairy orders for shipment to retail stores.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-operational checks of pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Follow sanitation practices; keep work area clean and debris-free.
• Make recommendations to modify procedures to maximize efficiency, productivity and reduce costs.
