Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack safely.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate orders.
• Physical fitness to lift/move items up to 100 pounds.
• Basic reading and communication skills to read orders and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Read customer orders and locate the correct items.
• Pick and stack products on pallets for production and shipment.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials to production lines.
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Inspect products for quality before shipment.
• Label, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment with proper packaging.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and use PPE as needed.
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
