Job summary

RectorSeal Earth City, MO is hiring an Order Selector to pick and fulfill customer orders on-site from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays. The role requires 3+ years in picking and operating Cherry Picker/Order Selector equipment; English proficiency and basic arithmetic are essential.

Experience with Walkie Rider or Reach Truck and inventory software is a plus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ recent experience in Picking and Fulfilling Orders.
• 3+ years’ recent experience operating Cherry Picker/Order Selector.
• Familiar with shipping scanners and English literacy.
• Basic arithmetic skills required for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and pick customer orders.
• Load trailers and containers according to procedure.
• Inspect products for damages and report issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean warehouse.
• Interface with management to achieve key objectives.
• Listen and follow supervisor instructions.
