Southwest Traders, Inc. in Stockton, CA is hiring an Order Selector for the warehouse. Shift starts at 4:00am with possible overtime; schedule must be flexible.

The role includes moving products, loading trucks, and building pallets using forklifts in dry, cooler, and frozen environments, with most time in the freezer. Responsibilities include selecting pallets per specs, wrapping and tagging, operating equipment, and maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• One year warehouse experience in a similar role.
• Must operate forklift and pallet jack safely.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures.

Responsabilités

• Select and itemize pallets according to company specs.
• Wrap, tag and secure pallets for shipment.
• Operate standup forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
• Maintain pick-rate and fill-rate while working safely.
• Load pallets in correct sequence into delivery trucks.
• Keep records on stock and equipment usage.
• Uphold sanitation and AIB standards.
