Join to apply for the Order Selector, Blue Ash, OH - $500 Sign on Bonus (RG) role at United Dairy Farmers

We are seeking dedicated and energetic order selectors to work in the refrigerated section (40°F) of UDF’s Blue Ash Distribution Center. Using pick tickets and future voice picking technology, you will assemble orders of milk, drinks, cheeses, and other refrigerated items for shipment to retail stores. This position supports a fast-paced environment where safety, accuracy, and efficiency are paramount. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, push loaded carts, and load trucks.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Order picking, loading/unloading
• Restocking the picking area
• Counting and tagging routes
• Wrapping crates and following sanitation procedures

This is a full-time role operating 7 days a week, with day shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Flexibility for overtime is required to support daily loads. The position involves walking and standing for most of the shift and working in both cold and warm temperatures.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Sign-on bonus of $500, paid after 90 days with approved review and perfect attendance
• Quarterly safety bonus of $150 and attendance bonus of $150
