PWADC is seeking motivated, athletic, competitive, and hardworking candidates for the position of 2nd Shift Order Selector. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven position if you enjoy staying active and being rewarded for their effort.

Description

As an Order Selector you work from 3:00pm until all orders have been shipped. The Selector pulls requested cases by hand, safely stacks them on a pallet, and prepares the completed orders for transport to our stores.

Shift details

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00pm-Until finished.

We are offering 5 days a week During our Sun-Fri work week. Saturday night off.

Pay Rate: $22.75 base pay with incentive up to $5/hr

Requirements

• THIS IS AN EXTREMELY FAST-PACED, PHYSICALLY DEMANDING JOB. HEAVY LIFTING UP TO 90 LBS IS REQUIRED.
• Ability to work under a production quota system. Order Selectors must be able to pull an average of 175 - 185 cases per hour by the end of their 90-day probation period and maintain that production level thereafter.
• Probationary Order Selectors must demonstrate consistent improvement each week in order to continue through the 90-day probationary period.
• Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions is required. Temperatures in Perishables can range from 0 degrees to -20 degrees.
• Dependability and attendance are extremely important. There is a strict attendance policy during the 90-day probationary period.
• You must be able to work safely, efficiently, and accurately in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Background check and drug screen required at the time of hire.
