Job summary

Purple Crow in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking reliable Order Selectors - Pickers to join our warehouse team. You will operate an electric pallet jack, pick cases of food and beverage products, and build customer orders on pallets.

Follow pick tickets or RF scanning, meet daily productivity and attendance targets, and maintain safety in a fast-paced environment. Shifts run Sunday through Thursday starting 2 PM, with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to work Sunday through Thursday, 2 PM to finish.
• Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor.
• Proficient in operating an electric pallet jack.
• Familiarity with Voxware or similar communication systems preferred.
• Ability to work long shifts and maintain focus.

Job description

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Order Selectors - Pickers in Winston-Salem, NC. In this role, you will operate an electric pallet jack to pick individual cases of food and beverage products and build customer orders onto pallets. You’ll follow pick tickets or RF scanning instructions to ensure accuracy, properly wrap and stage completed pallets for shipment, and meet daily productivity and attendance expectations. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment during extended shifts.

Performance & Earnings

Your performance will be evaluated based on accuracy, productivity, and attendance. High performers have the opportunity to earn uncapped earnings based on their results.

$18 Per Hour base + Production Incentives(Wages are subject to employees production)
