Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• At least 6 months of electric pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to become certified on an electric pallet jack.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack.
• Stage, wrap, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
• Move products to designated storage locations.
• Verify product quantities and inspect freight for damage.
• Complete shipment confirmations and required documentation.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Perform general warehouse duties and sanitation tasks as assigned.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Location: Whiteland, IN
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Available Shifts & Pay

1st Shift

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Pay: $18.00/hour

2nd Shift

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM
• Pay: $19.00/hour

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours per shift
• Lift, carry, push, and pull 10-50 pounds regularly
• Frequently bend, reach, stretch, and lift overhead
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
