Job Description: Order Selector at Houston Beverage

Houston Beverage, located at 6720 Commerce Creek Dr., Houston, Texas, is seeking an Order Selector to join our team. This role involves fulfilling customer orders in our warehouse by operating a forklift or electric pallet jack, picking products, palletizing orders, and staging/loading trucks for delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Fulfill customer orders using forklift or pallet jack.
2. Project a friendly, professional image at all times.
3. Prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
4. Maintain safe and operational company equipment; report incidents or unsafe conditions immediately.
5. Operate all equipment safely according to company policies.
6. Keep work area organized, clean, and free of trash.
7. Attend required meetings.

Qualifications:

1. Prior forklift experience preferred.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
4. Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Highly motivated, results-oriented, with attention to detail.
6. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
7. Must be able to read and write English.
8. Physical ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs., and to stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear.
9. Must be 18 years or older.
