NFI in Minooka, IL is seeking a Warehouse Selector to support efficient warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping, while maintaining accuracy and safety. The role involves operating material handling equipment and ensuring correct inventory handling and cycle counts.
The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, some pallet jack experience, and strong attention to detail with basic math and customer service skills.
The Selector is responsible for accurately selecting, staging, shipping, and receiving product in accordance with company standards. This role supports efficient warehouse operations by maintaining accuracy, meeting productivity expectations, and following all established safety procedures. Duties may also include replenishing inventory, transporting product throughout the warehouse, and performing general warehouse tasks as needed.
We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $19/HOUR. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay. This position may also be eligible for an additional $0.50/HOUR based on shift work.
