Job summary

ETS Staffing seeks a Warehouse Selector to join our client’s distribution team in Vermont. This in-person role involves picking and preparing customer orders from multi-level racks, operating pallet jacks or forklifts, and ensuring accurate, on-time shipments.

You will load products onto pallets, transport to the shipping dock, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following all procedures. The shift is Sunday–Thursday, full-time with overtime, paid weekly, and includes a retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move heavy products regularly.
• Comfort working in multi-temperature environments including dry, cooler, and freezer areas.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order selection.
• Capability to work scheduled shifts with required overtime.

Responsibilities

Our client is a leading distributor supporting a wide range of food and related products to customers across the United States and Canada. They are seeking a Warehouse Selector to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Warehouse Selector:

• Select and prepare customer orders from multi-level warehouse racks using pallet jacks or forklifts
• Manually load products onto pallets according to order sheets and company standards
• Transport completed orders to the shipping dock and prepare pallets for shipment
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Your skills and experience:
