Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to keep our beverages visible and in stock in Ardmore and Sulphur areas. The role involves building displays, stocking shelves, and coordinating with store teams on POS advertising.

The position requires reliable transportation, a Thursday–Monday schedule (early start), and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits may be available.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: Thursday - Monday / 7:00 AM until route complete

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.70 to $21.01 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
