Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in McKinney, TX is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are consistently available. You will build displays, manage shelf space, and coordinate with sales routes to place orders as needed.

The role requires driving a personal vehicle during business hours, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and strong organizational skills. No prior merchandising experience required, but preferred; benefits are included and performance-based incentives are

Competenze

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage

Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable: 5 days on including weekends / 4:00 AM until route complete

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
