Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser for large stores. You will ensure products are displayed and available across Hugo, OK route areas. The role requires use of a personal vehicle and early hours.

Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, with incentives and comprehensive benefits. Workdays are Thursday–Monday with hours starting early, and occasional route completion may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds, kneel, bend and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, coworkers and shoppers.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
