Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser in Roswell, NM. You will build displays, manage inventory, and ensure shelves and displays meet merchandising standards. The role requires a valid license and ability to lift heavy loads while visiting multiple stores on a route.

This position offers earnings potential through performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Starts at $18.62–$23.40 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
