Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser in Tulsa, OK. Starting pay ranges from $19.18 to $23.40 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits.

This role focuses on ensuring our beverages are available and well-presented at customer locations on established routes. Typical duties include building displays, managing shelf levels and participating in inventory control.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds; kneel, bend and reach overhead.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Place POS advertising per merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing sales routes.
• Communicate with customers, coworkers and shoppers daily to resolve issues.

Work days/Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM until route is completed

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.18 to $23.40 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
