GENERAL SUMMARY

This position involves manually stacking products onto pallets and moving pallets from bay locations to trailers for loading.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must qualify as a pallet jack operator by passing medical, written, and practical exams.
• Learn and use SAP, our ERP system, for data entry via handhelds and desktop computers.
• Accurately pick orders (minimum 450 cases/hour), cycle count inventory, and follow quality control procedures.
• Perform safety inspections of your pallet jack before use and complete safety forms each shift.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Assist with clerical duties or other tasks as assigned by supervision.
• Handle repetitive loading and unloading of products or ingredients weighing up to 50-75 pounds.
• Comply with safety, quality, and good manufacturing practices guidelines.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Forklift or pallet jack operation experience is preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The starting hourly rate is $20.50 for this full-time position.
