Job summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing in Ankeny, IA is seeking a Warehouse Order Puller to pick, pack, and load deliveries. This is a physically demanding role requiring frequent lifting of 50–75 lbs and a Sunday-Thursday shift from 3:00pm to 11:30pm.

Pay is $19.30 per hour. Steel-toed boots are required; a forklift/pallet jack background is preferred. English literacy and basic math skills are essential for accurate counting and order verification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pick rate of 60 picks per hour with 99.9% accuracy.

• Restock pull locations using mechanized equipment or by hand.
• Keep warehouse/workspace clean and organized.
• Sort recyclable materials into appropriate bins/compactors.
• Perform routine cleaning of floors and break areas.

Warehouse Order Puller

Our client is looking for order pullers to pick, pack, and load deliveries. This is a physical role that requires continuous lifting of 50-75lbs. Located in Ankeny, IA.

Pay: $19.30 per hour

Hours: 3:00pm-11:30pm (Sunday - Thursday).Opportunity for overtime during peak seasons.

Dress Code: MUST wear steel toed shoes, otherwise shorts are acceptable and a work vest is provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a pick rate standard of 60 picks per hour while achieving 99.9% accuracy.
• Shrink wrapping palatalized orders to prevent breakage.
• Counting pulled orders to ensure accuracy.
• Loading customer's liquor orders onto delivery trucks or will call customer vehicles.
• Restocking warehouse pulling locations by use of mechanized equipment or by hand.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse/workspace.
• Placing all materials for recycling in appropriate bins or compactors.
• Perform routine cleaning responsibilities including but not limited to sweeping or mopping floors, cleaning break areas.

Job Requirements:

• Steel toed boot required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a constant basis.
• Must have previous forklift/ mechanized double pallet jack experience.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a HIGH attention to detail.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to count from 0-100 and have basic multiplication skills.
